Delivery

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. After this orders will be shipped on the next working day. There are no dispatches on weekends or Bank Holidays. All products sold by Bluestar Packaging Supplies are ex-stock. If for whatever reason an item is not available we will contact you by email to advise you of the delay, to provide you with an expected delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product if you prefer.

All goods are shipped using a variety of services depending on the size and weight of your purchases. For smaller items (up to 3.5kg) we use Royal Mail 1st Class and for heavier or bulky items we use a next day courier service.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased (or volumetric weight in the case of some lighter bulky items e.g. bubble wrap).

If multiple items are purchased the delivery charge will be based on the combined weight of the items so adding additional items may not increase the delivery charge. Items will be bundled together and sent as one parcel where practical to do so subject to the courier weight / volume limits.

If you are looking to place a bulk order please contact us first as we may be able to offer a discounted delivery charge over that calculated on the website.
