Delivery

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. After this orders will be shipped on the next working day. Where possible we do offer the option to select an expedited courier service. 

There are no dispatches on weekends or Bank Holidays. All products sold by Bluestar Packaging Supplies are direct from stock. If for whatever reason an item is not available we will contact you by email to advise you of the delay, to provide you with an expected delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product if you prefer.

All goods are shipped using a variety of services depending on the size and weight of your purchases. For smaller, lighter orders (up to 2kg) we use Royal Mail and for heavier or bulky items we use an appropriate courier service.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased (or volumetric weight in the case of some lighter bulky items e.g. bubble wrap).

If multiple items are purchased the delivery charge will be based on the combined weight of the items so adding additional items may not increase the delivery charge. Items will be bundled together and sent as one parcel where practical to do so subject to the courier weight / volume limits.

Deliveries to Highlands / Islands have their own postage rates which is calculated when you select this as the delivery option.  Highlands and Islands includes the following postcodes:

AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV, KW, PA20-78, PH4-50, ZE, IM, GY, JE

Please note that delivery to some of these postcodes and also to BT postcodes may take longer than 24 hours even with expedited services.


Local Delivery Service

We can now offer the option of free door to door local delivery (min order value £100+VAT) to the following postcodes:

OL1, OL2, OL3, OL4, OL5, OL6, OL7, OL8, OL9, OL10, OL11, OL12, OL15, OL16, BL9, M24, M35, SK14, SK15, SK16

We can still deliver locally for orders under £100+VAT but there is a £5 delivery charge.

This delivery option is offered during checkout if it is available for your postcode.
